Our South West - Millennium Archive

A celebration of the South West region of England at the Millennium.

This part of the "Our South West" website was produced during 1998 and launched as a special and unique archive in January 1999 in readiness for celebrating the new millennium at 2,000. It includes contributions from young people, local authorities and experts on the conservation of species and habitats - celebrating at the time of the millennium much of what made the South West so special for a sustainable future.

This unique millennium project was sponsored by the Government Office for the South West, the Environment Agency and the South West Biodiversity Partnership. Produced for Government Office for the South West by COI (Bristol) and !Xclaim Multi-media in 1998 and 1999. The original production team can be found on the index page (under acknowledgements).
