To design buildings for a warmer, wetter climate and increased storminess. Consider site location and layout, structure and building materials; consult key climate change guidance and checklists for developers in adapting to climate change.

Climate SouthWest's Housing and Construction sector is lead by Future Foundations, the South West's Sustainable Construction programme. A key piece of work that this sector supported was the development of the ‘South West Checklist for
