Aim:To design buildings for a warmer, wetter climate and increased storminess. Consider site location and layout, structure and building materials; consult key climate change guidance and checklists for developers in adapting to climate change. Latest Progress ReportClimate SouthWest has been working with Future Foundations and Constructing Excellence SW to produce a new film, titled 'Construction in a Changing Climate: building for resilience'. The film is intended to support construction industry professionals in adapting to the impacts of extreme weather and climate change for a September 2011 launch.
