Background and status This flea beetle is only found on Lundy Island where its survival depends on the fortunes of its host plant, the Lundy cabbage. Both the flea beetle and the host plant are endemic to the UK.
Main Threats The main threat is loss of habitat/host plant due to invasive bracken and rhododendron on the island. The food plant is also threatened by grazing goats, sheep and rabbits.
